As mentioned both are completely different, but equally as grand. For me personally I would go for the 5131G, primarily because I prefer the colour of the metal, the continents shown, the style of the enamel, and the fact that the seas are darker and bold... 

therefore no one can compare the two ref.because of the dial-colour or details,as each dial is hand made and thus they all should be different,no matter if the case is white or yellow gold.It was only the one watch You looked at that had this "darker","bo... 

My mistake in correlating enamel detail to metal colour. They are of course hand made as you quite rightly stated, and thus would always be different to one another.
