Great ref.570 trio. From right to left: rare 14K 570 with breguet index, steel 570 with two tone dial and rose 570....  

Love the SS one and the one with applied breguet numerals! and I believe the steel 570 case is 1mm bigger than both gold variants..is that correct? Roni

A normal 570 is about 35mm diameter and this steel one has about 36mm diameter. But this 14K yellow gold one with breguet index has about 37mm diameter.

Hi John, I would like to know some more about the largest example... I thought that gold Pateks of this era came in 18K cases only - do you have information if this case was built on special order as it is also much larger than the original size? kind reg... 

Generally 14K cases are specially made for Russian market. I know some other 14K 570s before. But I'm not sure the size of them. Here s the picture of the case back of this watch. ...
