The dimensions are perfect. The dial is sublime and the sound is wow, those cathedral gongs produce an amazing sound. I was blown away.
Simplicity at its best. I do believe the previous comments of my fellow purists.

For me personally
the 5078 ad 5178 are the nicest looking watches in the current Patek collection and the former is actually the only new Patek I covet and that is as close to it as I shall probably get
