Imagine the wide-open doors by the Patek CEO for those "important" (LOL) clientele...Those that support the company market..
All in all, the buyer feels/knows that on avg, it will be within market prices given the fact that he will get "rare" watches at MSRP.

I wonder if it will get much more than that if auctioned in the future, given older Pateks are the record holders of auctions
