The Fujifilm GFX 50S is priced at what's called open price here in Japan, which means that each shop can set their own cost. Yodobashi's price for the "body only" is Yen 804,606 + tax. For reference the Hassy X1D-50C "body only" is Yen 1,231,200 (7,250 & 11,000 USD respectively) / both open price. It's not a ballpark I normally play in... and at these prices the GFX 100 at a projected price of USD 10,000 seems to be a bargain. I envy those who are working at the moment and can "afford" it.

What does 51.4 Megapixels get you?
Had the pleasure and good luck to test out the Fuji GFX50 earlier this year. Was abit skeptical as I have used other digital medium format that has well actual medium format size sensors. The Fuji GFX50s though offering 51.4 Megapixels still have a smalle...
