yes, you've mentioned this before and it's something i've taken note of
however, most of these sessions where i take the photographs are organised by a studio and given there are other photographers, i do not have the luxury of time. and it does not help that i'm using manual focusing. guess i just need to keep practising and be faster and more accurate on the focusing until i have my own sessions

My choice goes to #2 and #3 but I would love to see them with a sharper focus. It gives some softness to the image on the one hand, but looks a bit blurred on the other hand... Still very nice shots 👍👏👏

i shall ask the model to hold a little longer in subsequent sessions. there are usually other photographers and i only have 1 to 2 sec to focus (manually) 😅

Ah. Yeah that complicates things when shooting like that. Can't your find a person to use as a model and you can take your time and work on things.
