Piaget

Resemblance to an old Piaget ultra-thin watch

coolkaos,

Your photo was blur and inverted laterally (mirror image).

I turned it the correct way facing forward.

There is some "resemblance" to an old Piaget Ultra-thin model from the '60s and '70s  but we cannot authenticate it, based on a photograph.

In those days, Piaget did not assign model names but the similarity to a old cathode-ray tube television set has given the nickname "TV".  Usually, the watches are marked Automatic: the more common movement for this case shape.

I have one photograph of a manual-wind "TV"  but the photo uploader has just failed.

Hand wind and quartz watches are not marked 'Automatic'

I do not know if quartz movements were also used for this case.

Regards,

MTF
