Simple and easy
I will maintain the current product line and, this is very important, will open a true sports/tool line, meaning:
a) All sport/tool watches will carry two sizes (40 and 44mm)
b) Stainless Steel cases, standard strap sizes and adapters (yes, the customer loves to replace straps)
c) At least one diver and one complex Chronograph (GMT if possible) and one simple, manual-winding, no date with running seconds
d) Movement can be derived/used of the Polo
e) Price range that allows an "entry level" for new customers

As CEO, I would skeletonise all automatic watch rotors to a certain extent, use an exotic mineral for the moon phase dial on the Emperador line, and reduce the size and alter the case of the Emperador line so it's not as bulky and to make it more classic.
