I don't think the RM10 has a torque sensor...

I don't think the RM10 has a torque indicator. The documentation looks like it might refer to another RM watch like the RM2, or 3 maybe.
I have the RM005 which essentially has the same movement - just not as open as the 10 and I don't have this indicator.
These watches have the variable geometry rotors (can't be set by the user) but there's no indication for the torque on the barrel.
