I don't think the RM10 has a torque sensor...

I don't think the RM10 has a torque indicator. The documentation looks like it might refer to another RM watch like the RM2, or 3 maybe.
I have the RM005 which essentially has the same movement - just not as open as the 10 and I don't have this indicator.
These watches have the variable geometry rotors (can't be set by the user) but there's no indication for the torque on the barrel.

Wind the crown clock-wise
and if u wear the watch on your wrist every day, you won't need to wind it as much so I'd just manually wind it 20 times and that should be enough to ensure u're at full power. Don't worry about manually overwinding the watch cause automatic watches these...
