I wasnt Impressed either....
I was in Dubai in May just gone. I was wearing a Bell & Ross watch as I dont tend to wear expensive watches when I go away, wandered into the RM boutique and no one even bothered to speak to me, had my 2 yr old son & wife with me too. I pretty much felt like they had judged me immediatley as a 'tyre kicker' so didnt bother with me. Having said that they were eyeing me suspiciously, I felt like a shoplifter!. Felt like telling them 'actually I do own an RM002/RM10 & RM11, but couldnt be bothered, worse reception ive received ever in a 'posh' watch shop.
Very dissapointing as I was really looking forward to going to the boutique and was even going to treat myself to a new strap, but no way was a spending a bean in there!
Vented Rubber Strap for the RM004v2
Hi, Does anyone know if RM sells a vented rubber strap for the RM004v2. The RM Boutique in Dubai has been extremely unhelpful and has been unable to give me an answer for the past two months. Would really appreciate help in this regard. Thanks in advance.
the RM010 strap fits 95% well.
It is not 100% perfect, but it fits snugly and looks good.

the vented strap will work
but the fit will not be perfect. I have the vented strap on my RM002. there is a small over hang but nothing that is really noticeable. Sorry to here about your treatment Chris. I would not have spend my money there either
