Honestly, until recently I could never imagine getting a modern RD ...

Yet, I find myself with this beauty on the wrist an loving it! The execution is very impressive and I love the color of the bridges. Also I am surprised how little information is out there about this novelty. The case is cobalt- chrome which is extremely rare. The only other watches that I know of that use that material were again RD from couple of years ago, tourbillion and double tourbillion. But unlike the previous ones here we also have a bracelet made of the same material!!! It is quite an achievement, cobalt-chrome is usually used for surgical implants and is extremely hard to work with. Much more resistant than stainless steel and the look is somewhere between platinum and rhodium plated gold. It feels and looks like a really high end watch, without overdoing the bling in my opinion. The only negative thing I would say - RD needs to improve their marketing materials, the renderings online don't come even close to how this watch looks in real life ...
