orbita vs bubens
Excellent thanks for that - was actually looking at buben and orbita w/w they seem to be the only two that are reputable and easily available? The buben metropolitan looks quite cool, but the lack of watch slots is a drawback. Same goes for the orbita futura... may have to swing for the vantage 4 or 8 depending on how quickly i expand the collection, haha. But does anyone know if the orbita w/w have a similar sleep function that the bubens have? I know this may seem a bit nit-picky, but considering that i really enjoy my watches, i want to make sure i'm maintaining them in the best possible way.
I know that a lot of people let the watches just wind down and reset them when they wear them (thus the incorrect daydates), but isn't it best for the watch to have it on some sort of winder to keep it running? I.e. aren't rolexes made to be worn every day?
