......has the charm to me. I have had the pleasure of owning one once, but regrettably let it go. I think it is quite pure...if that makes sense.
I see many have said that it is a perfect size. I am going through this debate in my head a lot. My wrist is small, so theoretically a smaller diameter works better....yet having said that I love wearing a watch with a lot of depth to it. I think I am very comfortable with a watch in a 37-40mm diameter....the 6265 fits just perfectly.
I think I need to borrow a more modern Dayto.... I have never had one on my wrist.

I have found some nice pictures of a 6265 vs a 16520 (credit Axl). Quite interesting to see the differences between the two watches. The 16520 bezel is too wide IMHO, to me it ruins the proportions of the Daytona. ...

The 6265 is much, much nicer, IMO.
Less cluttered dial (way too many word on the 16520), better looking subdials and better looking overall. The only nicer thing on the Daytona is the diameter. 37 mm is really small for a chrono - 39mm would make the 6265 perfect. ;)
The 6265 diameter is perfect for my wrist...
...also, the rather large crown and pushers give it some extra size. But it's a matter of personnal taste for sure.

I agree with you on the bezel. This detail apart, I am in deep love with the 16520.
Which is in my eyes, a kind of best of both words. Maybe more qualitative, but less cool than a manual Dayto. The dial of the 16520 is very much my taste, too. Best, Nicolas.
