Diamond dial with white gold hands was produced until about summer 2021, afterward it received blue hands
Crown at 6 o'clock was introduced I believe in 2018 to all Rolex dials
AFAIK blue hands are made of white gold as well
228396TBR only differs by blue hands, crown at 6 and real year of production to the "new" version
You will see some pieces that are sold as 2022 although missing the crown at 6 or having white gold hands.
I was happy that my AD provided me last summer with the last diamond dial with white gold hands. Also purchased the sector dial for regular change of the face. Would always go for the polished bezel instead of any other iteration.

I can say that Rolex blued hands are coated white gold.
I confirmed that with Rolex years ago.
