Looks like a replacement service dial and hands. Notice the thickness of the font of the date compared to your previous post of a 1680.

If this is from an AD, still have them open the back and check it out, then have them do the pressure test for a Rolex diver's watch (it's the same contraption for any diver's watch, btw, Omega, Doxa, etc.). If it's by private party, go to a Rolex AD, etc...

Thanks for your feedbacks! I did not hold the watch, but the seller seems to have strong reputation (according to others Rolex users). But I agree that the pictures have a too low quality to buy such a watch serenely. I think I'm going to get another one....
