Welcome back. Haven't seen you here for a while. I don't remember that Explorer?

I post here and there and from time to time so haven't been totally absent! Things are pretty quiet on the watch front...but that's because I'm on the brink of the new front: Paris. Many pleasures to discover here (this includes Nico) ;) Still, the watch ... 

...on the hands don't share the same discolouration as the plots even though they are original to the watch. Apparently quite common in 1990s explorers....

It is fascinating how one turns into two. And before you know it, three and more! I know the Subs and GMTs get all the limelight, but the Explorer is the unsung hero of the Rolex references , I think.

... I always woder what could happen if Connery had used an Explorer 1016 like author Flemming in first Bond pictures! Well... anyway, I´m specially fond of old Explorers 1. By the other hand, I´m looking after a "Pana" version. I wish that one so much! C...
