An experienced AD should be able to do it
Rolex bracelets are not new in the market and are relatively easier to size than some others. Quite strange for an AD to claim that they can't size it right, even if you didn't buy it from them.

Hi, I recently bought a 214270 overseas and wasn't able to get the AD to size the bracelet for me. Does anyone know where I can get it resized properly (and without scratches!) in Perth? I'd read stories of watches getting scratched when resizing bracelet...
