I picked the Kermit

Having just gone through a similar process, I thought the Kermit was the right choice for me. I was drawn to the looks, the history, and the fact that it is just a little bit different than other subs.
Fwiw, I also considered a two line, no date sub.

I know--you asked for a Submariner and I gave you a Sea-Dweller! But that ref, the 16600, is currently cheaper than any Submariner reference while being better than most of them.
