6 years ago, I gave to my wife a very nice Explorer 1, the 1016. Since this moment, I had to get one, too. After a 6 years hunt, I got mine, some months ago. I was looking for a 1016, I fell on a 6610, the former version of the Explorer 1. Laquered versus...

Christmas is near ... I won't want a hunting quest. Great looking watch. I am tempted to try a not so old Explorer 1 with tritium index. Any particular model I should look at? Best Tyler
After the Ref 1016, came the 14270.
Which has the modern face lift, but with tritium markers and hands till 1997 or 1998. A cool watch, indeed. Best, Tyler. Nicolas
