First scratch is horrible but I wouldn’t let it be polished. Wait a few years and if it still bothers you or its even worse then its time to letting it polished imo.
Just enjoy it to the max

Any information on getting the bronze refinished? I'm in UK and rolex have said they don't offer the service
You don't need a polish. You will diminish the quality and value of the watch after any polish.
I think another five years of scratches and you still won't need a polish. Enjoy the scars of ownership of a great tool watch.

I'm thinking leave it until its alot worse. My watch guy said its a easy fix back to satin
