From one Tony to another congratulations.
We both appear to have been badly bitten by the "Vintage Bug" I mean passion! 
That is a beautiful 1680 red and the patina is fantastic, lovely and warm in appearance.
I suspect that you and I may have entered a black hole, from which there is no escape!! LOL
The strap certainly adds a lot of character and something that I should also consider?

Yes, this leather Nato is one of my favorite purchases this year - so soft and supple, I've started using it on a number of watches I wear - looks equally good on an old Heuer Bund 1550, milspec 1 fifty fathoms.... Hand made to order by a guy in Indonesia...
