Best of luck EL in correcting this fraud done unto you by one of our members in PWC. Looking at the posted picture of a proper 1655, the details do stand out compared with the watch you bought. Half a million (Php) is a lot of money and the scammer who sold this to you must learn his lesson.

Do never forget to buy the seller, too.
No hurry, just time to check all, to investigate a bit, and to check if the seller is serious or not. Vintage Rolex is such a minefield. Lesson learned. Best, Nicolas
It is difficult to call as your pics are sharp enough
But I would suggest you to at least check the model # on the case, if it said 1655 then bring it to the Rolex Services Center to check it for you.

You should demand your money back. Whatever you paid was not "fair"'because everything shown in the pics is fake.
