I don’t believe so.
You could try something aftermarket which doesn’t taper like the Oysterflex, but in doing that you’d be using an aftermarket buckle too (as it’s the taper from lug width to clasp which is your problem, and using the clasp from the watch you need the taper).
Personally if you do find a solution with a non Rolex buckle and a zero taper strap I don’t think it’s going to look good.
