Franken fake
Oyster dial?? Pushers I would be very surprised if the movement was correct Def not a PN and probably not a Rolex Julian
Sorry - he paid £40 for this? The price tells the story here...
At best it is a franken-watch, at worst an all out fake.
What looks strange me is
Dial. Bezel. Pushers. Location of pushers (could indicate wrong movement) The seller let it fo for 1/3 of market value. But judging a watch without seeing it in person is risky business.

Especially super red “Daytona” as if it was a brand new watch... Now question is how to break it to the friend...
