Rolex

I have finally worn mine for 2 weeks now, after getting the bracelet adjusted...

My only concern prior to doing so was the slab case, as the thickness carries through the entire case. I don't mind wrist presence on my 7" wrist, and note that my pelagos lhd is at my upper limit, made much better by the titanium light case.

Both the pelagos lhd and bb gmt measure 14.6mm in thickness, but the pelagos crystal is flush with the case, whereas the gmt crystal is slightly domed, making the gmt slightly less thick in perception, which helps. But again, do to the slab construction, it wears oh so slightly larger than my seamaster 300 master coaxial, which also measures 14.65mm thick by the numbers. But the lug design on the seamaster makes it seem a wee bit smaller.

Nevertheless these observations are ultimately insignificant... After just a few days on my wrist, my sight love based on the initial images from bw2018 with the gmt was validated by and more by having it on my wrist. I love that the indices and hands are not rolex maxi style, and the gmt hand hand is perfectly small stemmed so it does not cause any distraction or confusion with local time telling, but when you want your reference time, it immediately surfaces to level of consciousness.

It quickly has become my favorite sport watch... I highly endorse it. I have considered acquiring a gmt for a while now, but nothing has seemed right. Until this. And my intuition has served me wonderfully. Its design is both modern and a bit vintage, beautifully synchronized to a "T". (Pun intended). Thank you T-udor!
