I totally agree with you. From 30 to 250 K USD, there is always a nice coherence in your
Horizontal selection.
You covered almost all the families, and each of these budget lines are very interesting.
Now, my friend, you know the problem. Frm the horizontal, you go to vertical ,and you dig into ech of the watches of the budget category, and the budget explodes.
That is unavoidable...
" L'appetit vient en mangeant ". Which, in English, means " Appetite comes while eating ".
But for the one who just wants to get some essential Rolex ( what is an Essential Rolex should be an interesting topic ) , those sélections and budget lines are very interesting and illustrate the point that you can have some vintage Rolexes without having to seel the house.

There are very interesting things out there. DJ and Daydate, why not Oysterquartz, bubbleback, first oyster square case, so many interesting Tudors, in higher budget some pre-daytona chronograph, Prince. Chers François

It is interesting the way you exposed the fact that by just sticking to the same reference Models you can be in a very large delta when it comes to budget. It sheds a lot of light for the new collector. Great read. Thanks Bill

it is a good way of putting it....high delta. For $30k you can get a 5-watch collection that looks awesome, touches all the key bases and is a genuine representation of the Rolex themes. I think the only issue at the lower end is the Daytona.... its a pus...
