I used the two original spring bars from the original bracelet...
and had the strap sliding between them and the case.

...for thick heavy watches. It can depend on how pliable the weave is, though. Good choice, Luc, defintely a step-up from the bracelet. If it sits too high, you might consider cutting off the keeper strap off, sits more snugly that way.
The Deep Sea is , IMO, much nicer, Luc.

This is one fo the biggest issue with this Rolex, for me...The Bracelet. I don't like its size, too narrow compared to the body built case. With the Nato, the watch is much more appealing, IMO. Well done, Luc. Enjoy! Best, Nicolas
