I went through my AD, not to Todor directly. I suggest you go through your AD for the request if you can. Unfortunately I don’t have any paper work because I just sent to the AD which took care of everything else for me

The watch itself was working perfectly fine but decided to send it for service to get rid of scratches on the bronze surface. While this removed the patina, it will come back. I quite like the result and I am glad i did it. It took all and all 2 months. T...

Not in the UK apparently. My ad emailed rolex and they replied, no not on the bronze even during service due the the nature of the bronze 😔

I'm going to contact tudor direct so any info/paperwork you have from the service would be great. If they can't do it here I want to know why 😔

Yours looks lovely mate. My Ad contacted them and rolex response was no they don't refinish bronze. My Ad is going to give me their email and I want to know why in the UK this is the case, if they are incapable then send it elsewhere 😢
