Hi Folks, I bought this watch and I think the dial is fake because it's Gilt and Gloss. The dial is very well done but it's Gilt and Gloss and I never seen a 1655 like this. I think the last Gilt Gloss Dials where made in the mid 60's and this watch is fr...  

Translated means dodgy

seller send me a bad picture of it on eBay, I will open a case there and get my money back. Thanks a lot

With Rolex the dial is everything. This is a good example to learn a lesson to only by from reputable seller. A honest seller will simply take the watch back. A lesson for everyone especially with any gilt dial Rolex is that a pictures never tells the rea... 

just found in the footer of the document written from Rolex the following sentence: "The addition of non-genuine parts to any watch renders it a counterfeit as defined by Federal Law. It is therefore unlawful to sell or offer such modified watch for sale....
