Rolex

I took a few quick phone pictures of some of my favourite Rolexes offerings. I flirted a second or two with vintage,to come to the conclusion that...its not for me. Unfortunately(or fortunately) I did not catch the bug,emotionally I am not moved by a watc...  

...not for the diamonds, but, imho, the dial is really good, even better than the """standard""" Platona :) thanks for sharing. ciao, chris

It really is a handsome watch. I prefer it to the black dial.

One picture. Hmmmm? As for the 2 watches you posted, now. The Dayto Platinum... Much better in the real than on photos, that is for sure. But it doesn't sing to me... I am at the limit of the acceptable with tis combination of colors. Same for the Blue G...  

But she doesn t look like "life companion"material........:):) Unfortunately,no vintage for me it seems....there is too much to achieve in the new offerings .... As for the Pt Dayto..its cool I think...But with that premium you can achieve a fantastic wat...

again I must salute you for your straight and sincere principles! Love the way you explained why vintage word is not for you. I did same exercise few times in my mind (sadly my bank account allows me to do such exercise only in my mind :) ) and must tell ...

It would make a great summer watch. Sadly it is too expensive. In the end it is just a Rolex Daytona without a special movement or finishing justifying the hard $$.$$$,$$

....right from the very first release, we both thought the Milgauss in blue might be nice...i have yet to have one on my wrist, but I think I will (once again) follow your lead on the Milgauss. I think its really cool. For me, the Daytona is a no-go. Two ... 

Depends on the tones.....I really like the subtle icy light blue of this dial..... Anyway,on the Mil...well you will like it live I promise,its very catchy,I d be surprised if it won't find a space in your collection..... Mo

In fact wearing my sub now :). I've also seen both dato's and I prefer the new version as the diamonds are very subtle and I like the sundial's better. I agree with you on the vintage..... I love to be the first to unwrap her.....the only exception would ...

I do like the Sea Dweller 4000 but I fear it is too similar to my Sub which I love and been wearing all week. I'm hoping for a trip down south in the next month or two so I'll be in touch.... I need a break after the past few months..!! Yours my friend, A... 

and thought it was was really cool watch... even though I am a non-Rolex fan. It had the weight and the colour combination was striking. You should get one Mo... The Milgauss, well it has orange on it (bonus) but I never saw the beauty in this combination... 

we will look a million dollars on the beach!!!! Well its not a cheap purchase.......needs thinking.... Mo
