Two weeks in and the BB Bronze still commands my lust. Only wear this of an evening and weekend and I am happy I found it. Patina seems to be a lot slower than I was expecting which is a plus for me. Let’s see what it looks like in a month. Thanks for loo...

I have my love/dread for bronze too. I might get this piece or the bronze 58 and have fun trying to maintain the watch with as little patina as possible.

To be fair, I wouldn’t need a bronze piece to stay “as new” indefinitely; but some of the pieces like Panerai seemed to change really fast. I don’t mind cleaning it, as long as it’s actually possible to keep it close to new. Come to think of it, I wonder ... 

It minimises oxidation, until removed. Yes I heard they oxidise quickly. I’ll have a good think abt a bronze piece. Maybe still, the Tudor BB.

Seems like we could have a patina contest in the near future.

I’m amazed as it’s a watch I never imagined myself owning until I tried it on in the flesh and the rest is history.
