No more gamblers pawn watches
This might be the case more than 10 to 15 years ago but nowadays when one scout around all the watch shops near casinos, they are not pawn watches, they are in fact brand new watches, from suppliers or from buyers returning from overseas trips. The ones near Casinos are crazily marked sky high, hoping a happy gambler won money and splashed out without worrying. All I can say is that the moment a Rolex left the factory to an AD in Asia, the cash register will start adding, along the way before reaching a customer loyal to the brand, it has reach the market price. That's why I rather wait for one in a non-Asian city..
