Warranty is 2 years and a scratch sounds like damage which is never covered anyway, only manufacturer's defects.
Sea Dweller Service Question
Hi everybody, I have a Sea Dweller from around 2005 and it has a scratch on the crystal. I was wondering if somebody could explain the process that I need to go through and about how much it would cost. Is this something that is covered by Rolex's warrant...

A pity, because you could have wiat a bit more before sending it for a service... But I would do the service and the crystal replacement. It is definitely not covered by the Rolex warranty. You just have to give it to your Rolex AD, and he will service it...
