Shopped exclusively at my AD for the past 5 years and bought a multitude of watches as well as introduced him to friends who have also purchased from him. He has done pretty well out the relationship. Now if I want a Pepsi, daytona or batman and ask... I really dont expect a 8 year wait. I expect to be bumped up the list to where people with similar purchasing history are placed. If someone is ahead of me having spent $1mio well the fact of life is that he is a priority. If a guy is ahead of me based purely on wait time and has say never bought from AD before....then I would fund that unacceptable

Kev, I hear you BUT this is the game. And it’s not going to change unless Rolex (Patek, AP etc) explicitly prohibit their ADs from doing this, and I’m not sure any have the interest to do so.
