Back in the day when I owned my Datograph prior to service, I did a fridge test and it felled, but that’s another post... 🤫, don’t tell anyone;-)))
I remember that almost all vintages watches i own have the writing
"Heat and cold adjusted". But those are cheap ones, idk what cold really means. A very nice find! Thank you for sharing!

On modern watches I knew the meaning, but I wasn’t aware that Rolex did this test in those early days, considering that the watch isn’t water resistant!
