Patek 5712 for several reasons...
1) Preserves the alphabetical order of the 3x3 arrangement.
2) Is a sports watch like the other pieces.
3) Has a small second plus date function like the others in the center row.
Some RMs might work as well but I am pretty confident it is a 5712 that is missing.
