Rolex - Really like it

Really like it

I don't really see myself buying a modern Rolex, but I have to admit, this one is tempting.

I love the overall look.

I would have to find something other than the rubber strap. Maybe a black nylon or carbon fiber strap.

Rolex did a great job with this one. Black and rose gold is often a great looking combination.

Rolex finally arrives to the party long-after the Royal Oak rose gold rubber clad, but this Yachtmaster is still a very nice looking piece, even if not without precedent.

She liked the new Day Date with coincidental new 70h power reserve, 0.2 - 2.0 sec/day precision movement. She liked the new gents Yachtmaster that did NOT have the new movement unlike the ladies model that DID. On balance, looks triumphed over engineering...
