Regarding RSC papers people get them as a substitute for lack of original documents on the assumption that they are equal to original papers which they are not. Service history does not really add very much to the value unlike a motor car service history.

I'd go with the Finnish, without a second thought. The papers ain't gonna be any use if the service is botched up, or not to your satisfaction. That's my humble opinion. All the best! Rishad
