is that writing on the crystal or bezel? "... escape valve" on the top and ".....system...." on the bottom. Definitely spoils it for me, but then I would prefer it without both date and officially certified chronometer written on the bezel so maybe I am b... 

The writing on the crystal/rehaut is heinous....

I like it a lot...  

Panerai now has some serious competion from Rolex, but they are late in the game as the Omega PO has been there for a while...
