no it does not, it just feels more ' legible ' , ' clean ' .
size wise feels the same on the feel of the wrist, but to the eyes all look cleaner

The beefier hour hand makes a big difference in the ease of readability and balance off the dial, IMO. As mentioned by Wei K in the Revolution video.

IMO it does look even better than the previous generation and best of all it finally has an engine that has class leading technologies. Without a doubt the finest Submariner that they have built. Enjoy!
