I have a slight preference for the black myself because I love the way the subdials age. A few years back I was close to getting one, but other things came ahead. Now, prices have gone insane (almost 3x more in a year or two) and I fear it no longer makes sense for me given other options in the price point. This is the story for a lot of vintage Rolex though.
