I would love to know what’s the secret on building such good relationships with your ADs. I find it very hard personally living on big cities and corporate like ADs.

No secrets, just building good relationships with multiple ADs and also with the representative/ambassador. In this case, it is not the same AD. I am very fortunate my friendly rep in the 2nd AD takes very good care of me, it's reciprocal appreciation...j...
