Very persuasive silver pics 🤩
I agree with you that aesthetically the silver speaks to me more strongly. The bronze is cool, but I guess i’m more intrigued by it, as opposed to impressively connected/sold on it. Plus, the patina that would change its look will also change my attitude towards it. It’s probably only a Panerai bronzo that i’d be willing to tolerate the patina for. Notably, Nico points out that the silver will also develop patina, which reminded me of a silver necklace I have (from back in the day). But I know this patina can be cleared in both bronze and silver. In the end I am passing on the bronze. If my AD had the silver, I probably would have went for it that same day. But right now I’ll sit tight. I truly appreciate your pics and insights. Thank you.

Both bronze and silver case will develop patina. Not the same size, too, as you well know, and definitely not the same character. Between these 2, I would go for the Silver. Because of the size and the density of the silver.

The bronze is piece is merely a Instagram diver, and not a real diver. Rolex/Tudor knows this, but doesn't care. Hubris runs deep with this watch/company (beware the rotting bezel!)
