Wear it? Of course!
Even wore it out to dinner last night. And I wear it work occasionally - but that sort of doesn't count as "in public" since I'm in an office with one business partner (and he wears a TT datejust). So I agree, Kevin, that most people don't give a second glance or thought to our watches. Although in my industry, a "recognizable" watch like a Rolex might be seen as a bit ostentatious. So for customer meetings and industry events, I'll often wear my under-the-radar Patek 5296R!

I'd skip using a strap. While the bezel is textured, its that bracelet that really distinguishes that watch from other Day-Dates. Enjoy its a beauty. Best regards, Dino
