Hello dear fellow friends, The end of the gilt area of the1675 Gmt's is a tricky thing. Which year? 1966...begining of 1967? Around 1.6 serial number? I had the opportunity to see in the flesh, this nice example. Serial number 1.645.xxx. What do you think...  

1967 is transitional. I mean a transitional period between gilt and matte dials. So, I would not be worried with a gilt from 1.67. Best, and welcome here. Nicolas

The dial is of some concern. Looking at the swiss < T 25 spacing and the index markers. They almost appear to touch. This could be due to the crystal magnification. This dial appear to have the marking over five indexes (rare version wide swiss) vs ove...

Also this picture exposes the index markers which look more like paint than lume material i.e Tritium for a gilt dial. Pictures are difficult to read vs in person. In person if you loop the dial at an angle you can the gilt writing is indented painted und...

I know this is an old post, but excellent eye. That dial was a mid to high end replica dial from Vietnam. I can tell by the slightly off font.
