Rolex

Friends, several of you know, that Rolex lately has become a sort of "second leg" for my humble collecting efforts, which still are quite focused on JLC, with emphasis on the Memovox series.. Having said so, and when browsing through some of my watch boxe...

I like them a whole lot! I have a 1016 Explorer, not as old as yours but still nice. I've never had an Explorer 2 but your lovely example makes me wish I had. I enjoyed seeing the pictures. Thank you. Regards Kev

As usually you are very understated but the pieces are real gems, both of them! The Explorer I is the subtler choice but both are simply charming and in immaculate shape Looking forward to seeing what other humble pieces you are still hiding

The Rolex 6610 is a rare bird. It's sister the Rolex 1016 was rumored to have been produced 20 fold over the 6610. Easy to agree s the 6610 run was only a few years until the 1016 replaced it. Very nice Enjoy
