On the second picture it looks like it left the factory yesterday - amazing condition!

But as with all Bart dial there is an orange peel effect on the dial almost always the case. The only time tue seem to be perfectly flat glossy are due to the angle of the picture. But viewed from the right angle and reflection there always seems to be ty... 

Bill: May I ask in which period this type of coronet was used? I own a III - 64 ref 5513 (underline and double T<25 ) (serial nr 1.17x.xxx ) which I am not sure if qualifies as a Bart S. Gilt turned a nice copper color. Please see below. Thank you in adva...  

They are pretty distinct flat top as compared to tall crown . Usually 1965 but i never rule out earlier or later. Very political answer. I will look a little more closely. But your underline puts you closer to 1963/1964 era. And your crown has a more bala...
