I have been collecting Rolex for a few years. This 1665 is one of my earliest purchases. I saw it and simply had to have it. Have owned rarer watches since. I have owned more expensive watches since. But I have never owned a Rolex I wanted more....my all-...

The craze for all the older Daytonas stems from the lack of availability of the early 16520's. It forced people to re-examine what was an unpopular watch. Yours is AMAZING. One of my grails. Thanks for sharing.

It is so you! And it is just gorgeous. If I had to pick one for the title of my most favorite Rolex, it would be a vintage, and it would be this one: For its friendly complication, for its sensuality. I have two or three others which are absolute keepers ...
