You need to get it to a watchmaker quickly.
You don’t want to crack the lume or have the hands drag the lume across the dial.
There is a chance a skilled watchmaker could put the lume back in and stabilize the back with some glue.

Stopped the watch running and Mr Green told me he had I guy who can fix it.
So I guess I will be drinking grappas in Croatia soon 😱😬
