One of the first quartz Seiko made was the reference 3823-7000.
The 3823a is the first quartz mass-produced introduced to market in 1971.
This was a revolutionary with adjustment in Six positions and temperature compensation V.F.A. , Very Fine Adjustment to 5/sec month., this all for a price of YEN 150.000...
The movement is superior in all aspect , and in my opinion was and "is" one of the most quartz movement hig-end ever produced.
